Your order can be cancelled during a period not exceeding 3 days (72 hours) before the date of the start of provision of the services. In order to cancel your order, please send a respective notice to address hotell@spa.ee. In case of return of the advance payment, Tervise Paradiis has the right to withhold 10% of the advance payment as a booking cancellation fee. In order to change your order, please make a new order and cancel the previous one. When a new order is made, a change of the price and availability is possible. In case of a late cancellation or failure to arrive at the hotel, Tervise Paradiis has the right not to return the advance payment. If Tervise Paradiis has born any specific expenses due to your order, you must compensate Tervise Paradiis for such expenses.
